A great day at the club today.
With the South East Zone Carnival being held at Frankston a large crowd was never expected but 33 shooters turned up to compete in the days Continental events as well as 12 Come & Try, 8 or 9 Trench shooters shooting trench practice and the same again for Skeet practice on the Skeet fields.
Conditions were near perfect hardly a breath of wind and plenty of sunshine, just the odd bit of changing light to make it a little tricky with vision.
Thank you to Chloe for taking care of the office and Cooper ensuring the traps were full and loaded for each squad. Well done guys.
It was also great to have Diane and Wayne Reeves all the way down from Normanton for the shoot. Great to see you at MGC again with Wayne coming down to sort out a new gun.
