WOW! What a busy day!!!
First day of the ring of steel being dropped and it was great to have everyone back at the club keeping all committee, office, trappers and cafe on their toes
13 squads for DTL and 7 squads for Trench saw out the day.
The Trench saw the hosting of the Jean & Peter Wray Cup to honour both Jean & Peter for their tireless work in ISSF both at Melbourne and Australia wide. It was great to have Peter at the club today. Nino Pedulla being the overall winner to get his name engraved on the Cup. Thanks also to Judith Kent for her assistance on the board and reffing and scoring.

In the DTL the squads kept coming in and Steve was getting writers cramp writing names on the board!! With perfect weather the LaPorte Targets were leaving plenty of "soot" in the air when centred. It was great to have Les "Chippa" Chant back at MGC joining up with his son after a lengthy break from the sport. It was also great to have alot of visitors to the club and alot of new faces.
