What a day at the club today!!! Just short of 100 shooters with 24 competing in the Trench event and 72 shooters in the DTL events.
Brilliant sunshine but a tricky breeze from behind saw shooting pleasant but at times difficult with the odd target ducking and diving.
A big thank you to Jane Vella for helping out today in the office at the last minute. This was due to our regular office wiz Chloe being involved in a car accident yesterday afternoon. Chloe is well just a little shaken up. We hope to see Chloe back at the club soon!!!
We also drew our major raffles today which saw 50 slabs going to Jason Solomons from Newcastle and our own Russell Allender. Well done guys we will ensure the ammo gets to you. Thank you also to Anna from Bronzewing for drawing our raffle and the support Bronzewing give to our sport.
Finally a big thank you to Lou "pizza man" Primavera for keeping everyones tummies full after presentation with his gourmet pizzas!!! Brilliant!!!
