It was an absolute ripper of a day on Saturday to shoot, with clear blue skies and a gentle breeze greeting the 5 full squads of Trench and 6 squads of DTL.
DTL kicked off with a 25t Point Score event and putting a red 75 on the scoreboard to take the OA honours was Malcolm Carr! Great shooting Malcolm!
50t Double Barrel was next and no one was able to shoot the 50 with all the 49’s going out to do battle with Jason Barclay taking the honours!
The next event was 25t Handicap and again the 24’s went to battle with Mick Rocca coming out on top after a good shoot off with Dylan Naylor.
Over on the Trench layouts saw a close battle with some high scores. Danny DiPietro a 97/100 followed by Gabe Sensi 96/100, Mitch Iles and Craig Henwood 94/100, Ben DePedo 92/100 and Lucas Furlan 90/100 making the final 6. It was Danny shooting another 45/50 to take the win.
