Competition Results – Saturday 23rd March 2024
DTL:
A ripper day for shooting DTL at Melbourne saw 43 shooters enter the day’s events.
Event 1 was a 25tgt Point Score which saw 3 possibles shot clean all in A grade in Riley
Hughes-Gage, Leonard Quirk and Liam Shore. After a very short shoot off it was Riley coming
out on top to take the spoils.
OA & A - Riley Hughes-Gage 81/81
2nd - Liam Shore 80/81
AA - Mal Collins 80/84, Ben DePedro 78/84
B - Ants Beltrami 92/93, Brenda Collins 89/93
C - Anthony Demarte 68/75, Leni Harrison 63/75
The next event was a 45t Medley event consisting of 15DB, 15SB, 15 Points and Steve
Pearson gave all a lesson of how it’s down smashing the 75/75 and taking home a slab of
Bronzewing for his efforts.

The last event for the day was a 30t handicap and while there was no possibles there was a
squad of 29’s which ensured a great shoot off.

It was a cracking day today in the Yarra Valley and great to see some skeet squads out there
competing in the 100tg event!
