BEN DE PEDRO CLEANS UP
Saturday we hosted Alexandra Gun Club to shoot for the Bill Henwood Shield. Bill was a life member of MGC but always looked forward to his monthly outing to the picturesque Alex Club. On his passing it was decided by both clubs to hold a friendly teams competition in his honour.
After a glitch with MCMS we finally got underway with 9 squads on a perfect spring day with Ben DePedro being the stand out performer winning the OA in both the 50t Point Score event, the 25 DB and runner up in the Handicap!!!! Great shooting Ben

The important teams event was a very close tussle with the boys from Alexandra getting the job done by 1 point!!!!!! Well done Alex.
A great day was had by all and it’s great to see that this event continues to be as strong and as friendly as ever!
