Nine full squads of shooters for Saturday's comp on a day that started overcast with a bit of sun coming out towards the end with 54 shooters in attendance.
A full house for Come & Try in the morning got us underway and again thanks go to all who helped out.
It was one of those mornings where nothing went right, power issues on one of our breakers saw power at the scoreboard end of the club house lost with power leads being needed. Computers not wanting to print out squad sheets and Lynden needing to repair a Skeet machine. All part of the “fun” but we eventually got everything sorted.
Dave Macgregor got the points off to a great start with a possible in squad one putting the pressure on everyone early to take out a “skinner” ahead of Daniel Saliba one point down.
Congratulations to Dylan Naylor who took out B grade in the Double Barrel and attaining his first ever 75 target break badge. We also thank Dylan for jumping in and helping out to fill the traps for the day when one of our trappers called in sick. Great shooting Dylan!! Mario Incani also continued his good form taking out the handicap defeating brother Steve who took out 2nd!
