What a difference 12 months makes!!
This time last year we were praying for the rain to stop!!! Now we are praying for a bit of rain to come.
On arriving at the club yesterday (Sunday) to do some work around the place (it never ends). We were met with leaking water tanks and the front section of the club again a duck pond with 2 blackies swimming in it.
One of our water tanks (which are 50 years old), has a severe leak and we have lost a majority of the club's water storage as the majority of our tanks are all connected!
Thanks to Roger who has made up some make shift plumbing to ensure the club rooms again have water connected. This is in the form of some temporary pipes and hosing running around the back of the club rooms, so please be careful when at the club next not to knock, trip or drive over the temporary plumbing!
Now to pray for a bit of rain this week to refill the tanks that ain’t leaking!
